I hit a curb and got a flat tire after leaving my son's appointment. Thankfully, Tire Crew was located in the same plaza. Their service was very quick and efficient. Im grateful for them saving the day.

WOW!! The beat service in Bossier city. I'll never go back to Firestone or Goodyear. Thank you Tire Crew. A guy named Rocky helped me and then Daniel showed me what was wrong with my vehicle. They must own the place! They definitely act like it! Please don't change! Oh and their DM made me a cup of coffee, upscale and clean place!! We will be back!

I stopped in for a tire rotation and alignment. After looking at things Daniel came out to say there wasn’t any adjustments needed as the alignment was fine so they rotated the tires and sent me on my way with NO CHARGE! I really appreciate that level of honesty and integrity. Many companies would have gone ahead and done the unnecessary work just to charge me. Thanks Daniel and team, I have a lot of respect for you. You have earned yourself a loyal customer

Recently one of our work vehicles was signaling it was time for new brake pads so we brought the vehicle in to this location. We were told the rear pads & rotors needed to be replaced and the cost was going to be roughly $1200. Immediately a red flag went off because I know I can buy the parts for ~$350 so I was reluctant to trust their diagnosis..I feel like they saw the company (a well known global company) and figured we would just pay whatever price they gave us...wrong. We took the van to our usual shop, Ashley's Automotive, and were told the rotors were fine and only pads were needed..for a grand total of $350. Be leary of these corporations..don't send anyone you care about to these folks.
